This was my first effort (and perhaps the last) of cooking rice in the Thermomix. Even storing at slow speed made the rice stodgy. The Joseph & Joseph microwave rice cooker does a far better job using the absorption method.
- ghee
- fresh curry leaves
- red chillies
- mustard seeds
- basmati rice
- coconut milt
- roasted cashew nuts

Combined with spice cauliflower, it had the makings of a good meal.
