- boiling water, butter, golden syrup, and bicarbonate soda
Simple, quick and addictive. Salty caramel flavour.
I found it easier to press the contents into a food mould, rather than try and shape the biscuit.


Last year I made the below version with treacle (which resulted in a darker biscuit)
