Homemade Corn Tortilla

  • Masa harina (I substituted ‘Pan’ pre-cooked white corn meal enriched. The difference apparently is that masa harina has been soaked in lime water in a process called nixtamalization.)
  • salt
  • butter
  • lime juice
  • water

Different to the Heston version in that butter and lime juice is added and more water is used. However not a noticeable different in flavour. Both very good
