Ingredients:
spring onions
cilantro
coriander seeds
fennel seeds
garlic
lemons
radishes
green beans
baby purple potatoes (I had to substitute the standard gold sweet potato)
black lentils
cumin seeds
dried red pepper flakes
canned tuna in oil (I used John West, Wild Caught, in Olive Oil. Don’t choose the springwater version. It is either dry or watery or both.)
