Prawn, chilli and mint spaghetti

from Family Cooking by Justin North (p76)

fresh ginger (from the garden)
garlic
spring onions

raw prawns
bok choy
red chillies

limes
mint (from the garden)

black peppercorns
sea salt flakes
spaghetti pasta

This is a very good dish, however if you are following the recipe the raw pawns will not “cook” in the minute or two it takes to drain the pasta and mix with the prawns and vegetables. I would add the prawns (if large) a little earlier.
