Another packet recipe. This one was Mediocre.

I am biased on thi,s as Thai Green Curry was probably my signature dish when I started cooking. The best recipe I found was from Charmaine Solomon. The best quicker version is in Nigel Slater’s “Appetite.”

That said it is probably similar to the majority of suburban Thai Restaurant’s green curry. However it is very quick to cook.
