I think this recipe also got lost in the translation. Neither the breadcrumbs or the Curry Powder are mentioned in the method, and parsley is not mentioned in the ingredients.
I found this dish a little on the sweet side, but liked the additional vegetables.
Perhaps substitute can tomatoes for the tomato puree (to give it a bit of acid).
I used the 4 Pillars Gin Botanical Curry Power, Panko Breadcrumbs and a Pinot Gris.
