I made the Caramelised onion in the Thermomix following the quantities and time and cooking method precisely using the Thermomix recipe. It failed. I ended up having to cook the onions again to get a caramelisation.

Otherwise the pizza was good.

Ingredients: Caramelised onion, mozzarella, parmesan, potato, EVOO, thyme and garlic.
