Mussels in tomato broth

Very simple, and quick

Live mussels, pasta sauce (I used the Barilla Arrabbiata), cream and parsley.

I preferred this version over the Asian version, however I think the addition of the cream detracted from the dish.

I served it with Risoni (pasta that looks like rice), which is my favourite addition to Mussel dishes rather than pasta or rice!
