Cook diced potato, leak and garlic in pouring cream, reducing the cream.

Put salmon in a casserole dish and cover with the cooked potato and cream mixture.

Cook in a oven. Next time I would put it under the grill in the oven. Potatoes and cream would get a nice crusty brown, and the salmon would not be over cooked.

Top with chopped parsley.

Gentle flavours. An Excellent dish
